Since arriving in Australia a little over 2 years ago, Miss Mimi Redlips has brought a new exotic tantalizing taste to the flavor of Burlesque in Australia. A chameleon by nature on stage Mimi moves flawlessly from a hilarious risqué comedic performance to an unbridled, unrelenting explosion of passion and back to that delicate aloof beauty which she is remembered for.

Art Monkeys get ready for a fiery British invasion. Anna Fur Laxis touches down in Tokyo later this month for a special intercontinental burlesque extravaganza!
A pin up model since 2005 and burlesque performer since 2007, Equity member Anna Fur Laxis has performed at venues across the UK, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Milan and Paris and has worked with photographers on both sides of the pond.
We are happy to have her grace our Sketchy stage this month!

Craig is a sculptor by trade and an accomplished sketch artist and painter. Prior to coming to Japan he maintained the Toronto Sculpture Atelier. Throughout his career Craig has apprenticed, studied, and worked with many world renowned draughtsmen, Painters, and Sculptors in Florence, Rome, Pietrasanta (Italy), Toronto, Montreal, Philadelphia & New York. Montreal`s Burlesque Queen
Miss Sugarpuss is thrilled to be able to bring her special brand of seductive sweetness to the folks here in Nihon! Though this is her second visit to beautiful Tokyo, it will be her first Japanese Dr. Sketchy`s experience! A burlesque performer since 2004, Miss Sugarpuss has written, produced, directed and starred in oodles of burlesque plays and cabaret nights, both independently and with Team Burlesque, a collective network which she co-founded along with Seska Lee and L. Diablo, also from Montreal. Miss Sugarpuss now teaches burlesque classes and has several more projects on the go. She hopes to return to Tokyo often and is excited to meet you! Yatta!

By now you’ve been mesmerized by the hypnotic moves of Dr. Sketchy’s February starlet, Miss Qamarah. What you didn’t know is that this belly dancing ingenue came to us all the way from Ibaraki on a moment’s notice and pulled off a show that was so skilled, professional and above all Sketchtastic that she inspired one artist to give her their entire sketchpad as gratitude for such an amazing performance.
